Well packaged and shipped. Once unpacked, it's quite clear how to connect the different parts. The settings are easy to use. One switch for the time and one for the selected heat level. On and off button. I found my first use to be positive. The heat penetrates deep into the body.

It's a bit smaller than it looked. however i used it an it is good . i only used once .. i felt good after it an then very tired... ..

The blanket works well and is perfect for therapy! Highly recommended!!!!!
